Asparagus

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

2. Trim asparagus and place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

3. Roast for 10-15 minutes until tender.

4. Sprinkle with shredded parmesan before serving. 

INGREDIENTS

1 Bunch of Asparagus, woody ends removed

1-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Kosher salt and pepper

2-3 Tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
