Sriracha Salmon

Servings: 4

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400F.

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Spray with cooking spray and lay salmon on top. Season with salt and pepper.

  • In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, sriracha, honey, garlic, ginger, and juice of 1 lime. Whisk until combined. Alternatively, if you have time place in small food processor or blender and pulse a few times.

  • Pour sauce over the salmon. Use a brush to make sure the sauce covers all of the salmon. Place halved lime cut side down on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

  • Switch to broil and continue to cook for 4-5 until edges of salmon begin to curl up and become charred.

  • Remove from oven, squeeze roasted lime juice on top and garnish with chopped cilantro.
